  • Device Information: We collect information about your mobile device, including the model, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
  • Usage Data: We log how you interact with the App, such as the features you use, the time and duration of your activities, and other diagnostic data.

  • Social Media Platforms: If you choose to link your social media account (e.g., to populate your profile), we will receive the information you allow us to access from that platform.

  • With Other Users: Your profile information (name, bio, photos) and your approximate proximity are visible to other users nearby to facilitate connections. Your precise coordinates are never revealed to other users. Your chat content is shared with your matched connections.

Account Deletion Process

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time. When you delete your account:

  • All your chat conversations and messages are deleted
  • Your match history and "LetsMeet Events" are erased
  • Your location data and usage history are purged from our systems
  • All other personal data associated with your account is completely deleted

How to Delete Your Account:

  1. Open the LetsMeet App and navigate to the Settings section
  2. Tap on Edit Profile to access your account settings
  3. Scroll to find and tap the Deactivate Account button
  4. You will receive a confirmation prompt requesting you to type your first name for verification
  5. After entering your first name, tap the Deactivate button to confirm
  6. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted

⚠️ Warning: Account deletion is immediate and irreversible. Once completed, you cannot recover your data or account.

Other Privacy Controls

  • Access and Correction: You can access and update your profile information at any time through the App's settings.
  • Location Permissions: You can enable or disable location services at any time through your device settings. Please note that disabling location services will render the core App features unusable.
  • Push Notifications: You can manage your push notification preferences in your device settings or within the App.
